My elderly cat Ruby suffers from cystitis & has to be medicated twice a day so I was very reluctant to board her out when I had to go away for a few days last year. A friend recommended Susan after using her cat sitting service. I returned to find a very relaxed contented cat. They had obviously bonded for my cat was reluctant to leave her lap when I entered the house.

Susan and Gary have been looking after our Cavalier King Charles, Simba, for 2+ years. They are awesome. Simba absolutely loves going to them, whimpering at the gate as they pull up on the drive to collect him. They are always great with communication and flexible with timings. I'm really not sure what I'd do without them. They're are such a big part of Simba's extended family. I cannot recommend them enough.

Susan looked after my cat recently whilst I went on holiday and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. I was really nervous about leaving my cat with someone, as I usually rely on family to look after her - but they weren’t available this time. From the start Susan was friendly, reliable, professional and easy to communicate with. While I was away she kept me updated with texts, photos and videos during her drop in visits, which really put my mind at ease. When I got back it was obvious my cat had been well looked after and was a happy kitty. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susan to anyone and I’d happily book her again.
